It might not be long before immigrants heading to southern Western Australia can fly to a local airport. Tourism Western Australia has hired two Sydney based consultants to assess the need for an airport. The Busselton Shire Council, the Augusta Margaret River Shire Council and the State Government are funding the fact gathering mission.
The area is experiencing huge increases in tourism and Western Australia is also becoming increasingly popular as a place for new migrants to call home.
